Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data
Information under the scope of Clarification Obligation
This Clarification Text has been prepared by TİM-TUR TURİZM İÇ-DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. ("Company") in the capacity of data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Identity data (first name, last name, birth details, passport details), contact data (e-mail, phone, address), visual data (passport photo, passport image), family details (parent/spouse details requested in the application form), travel details, billing and payment details (card details are not stored by the Company; payment takes place on the bank infrastructure), transaction security data (IP address, browser information).
3PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL GROUNDS
Your data is processed for the purposes of preparing and submitting your visa application to official authorities (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: establishment and performance of the contract), fulfilling legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), executing communication and support processes, and sending commercial electronic messages in case of your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
4TRANSFER OF DATA
Your data is transferred to the official Russian Federation e-visa system for the purpose of executing the visa application, to service providers whose servers are located abroad from which we receive hosting and database services (Vercel Inc., Neon Inc.), and to the relevant bank for the execution of the payment process. Transfer abroad is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent within the scope of KVKK Art. 9.
5COLLECTION METHOD
Your data is collected electronically through the application form on our website and stored encrypted.
6RETENTION PERIOD
Your data is stored for the duration of the performance of the service and legal storage obligations; at the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7YOUR RIGHTS (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, and to request compensation in case you suffer damage.
