This form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for the purpose of informing the consumer before the distance sales contract is established.

2SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE
It is the service of consultancy, document verification, filling out the application form in the official system, submitting the application, and notifying the result to you by e-mail regarding the Russian Federation electronic visa (e-visa) application. The Company is a private consulting firm; it is not an official government agency and cannot guarantee visa approval. The final decision belongs to the authorities of the Russian Federation.
3TOTAL FEE
The total cost of the service is 110 USD and covers the state consular fee, service and consultancy fee, and bank/transaction costs. The fee is collected in a single lump sum on the payment page. There are no additional or hidden fees.
4PERFORMANCE (FULFILLMENT OF SERVICE)
Following the completion of the payment, the file review starts in approximately 30 minutes. The application result is sent by e-mail within an average of 5 business days.
5RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For cancellation requests made to info@russiaonlinevisa.com within 30 minutes of payment, the full fee is refunded. After this period, in accordance with Article 15 (ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding "services performed instantly in electronic environment", the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the file review has started. After the application is forwarded to the official authorities, no refund will be made regardless of the result.
6COMPLAINTS AND REMEDIES
You can send your requests and complaints to info@russiaonlinevisa.com. In addition, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in your place of residence is reserved.
